Bel Canto Vocal Scholarship Foundation
The Annamaria Saritelli-DiPanni Bel Canto Vocal scholarship was established in 1988 by soprano Annamaria Saritelli-DiPanni to provide scholarship to young American opera singers between the ages of 21 to 36 who are actively seeking careers in opera performance. Over $15,000 in scholarships are awarded annually.

James A. Hyter Vocal Music Scholarship
James A. Hyter Vocal Music Scholarship Fund is for applicants who will pursue a vocal music degree. Applicants will be invited to a vocal audition. Those chosen for the audition should be prepared to perform three musical selections. Range of scholarships is $1,000 to $2,000. Applicants must have a current grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, live in the Memphis metropolitan area, be enrolled, or intend to enroll, in a two or four-year program at an accredited institution, possess vocal talent accompanied by a love of music, submit the application form and the required attachments.

National Federation of Music Clubs Awards
The National Federation of Music Clubs (NFMC) offers more than $750,000 in competition and award prizes on the local, state and national level. The Biennial Young Artist and Ellis Duo-Pianists competitions award a total of $92,000 in awards and two years of performance bookings. Additional competitions are sponsored by the Federation in a wide range of categories, including voice, instrumental music, composition, dance, conducting, handicapped and visually impaired, and music therapy. NFMC also sponsors more than 38 annual and biennial awards for students desiring to attend the 20 sponsored Summer Music Centers.

Bev Sellers Memorial Scholarship
The Young Singers Foundation provides scholarships, specifically to young women involved in the barbershop art form, to assist in the furtherance of their music education. Applicant must be be involved in barbershop activities or affiliated with Sweet Adelines International for a minimum
of one year, have a GPA minimum of 3.5, and be an undergraduate music education or vocal pedagogy major at a four-year college or university
and can provide verification of enrollment.
