Santa Fe Desert Chorale's 2023 Summer Festival
|
![]() FESTIVAL HIGHLIGHTS
This summer the Santa Fe Desert Chorale brings three new choral programs to the stage: step back in time with “The Tudors and the Medici” and experience the drama and grandeur of Renaissance Europe; hear rich and complex stories from our nation's newcomers in “The American Immigrant Experience,” which combines the power of the spoken word with choral music and features a new commissioned work by GRAMMY®-nominated composer Kile Smith; and don't miss a double-header of compelling virtuosic masterworks for voices and chamber orchestra, including Handel's Dixit Dominus and Tarik O'Regan's The Ecstasies Above.
