MISSION
The International Center for Music at Park University trains and educates the next generation of accomplished musicians for careers in music at the highest level, in a focused and creative atmosphere with an international faculty of renowned excellence.
WHAT DISTINGUISHES THIS SCHOOL?
Students study performance in the European apprenticeship tradition and receive individual studio instruction twice a week. Performance degrees are designed to support artistic growth allowing students to maximize practice time in a creative and supportive environment. Stanislav Ioudenitch, 2001 Van Cliburn International Piano Competition winner, is artistic director; Behzod Abduraimov, 2009 London International Piano Competition winner, is artist-in-residence.

Audition Requirements
Audition requirements vary according to instrument. Every applicant to the International Center for Music must audition before the music faculty. In approved situations a recording may be submitted in lieu of a live audition. For complete information: Audition requirements

Note: Full tuition scholarships and living stipends are available.

The International Center for Music provides personalized attention and curricula that serves the artistic growth of the individual student. Our educational programs are designed to train and inspire gifted musicians who have the potential to develop important international careers. Students receive training in all aspects of musicianship and career development.
