WHAT DISTINGUISHES THIS FESTIVAL
The Boston Early Music Festival offers GRAMMY Award-winning Baroque opera and is North America's premier festival for early music.
FESTIVAL HIGHLIGHTS
The 2025 Boston Early Music Festival will be presented June 8-15. Themed "Love & Power," the week will feature the fully staged North American premiere of Reinhard Keiser's Octavia, with a libretto by Barthold Feind, and a revival of our 2022 production of Telemann's Pimpinone and Ino. Eighteen Festival concerts will continue the celebration with such luminaries as The Tallis Scholars, Vox Luminis, Trio Medieval, and more, along with lectures, master classes, an exhibition, and a Fringe series.
