MostArts Festival

WHAT DISTINGUISHES THIS FESTIVAL
The MostArts Festival features the brilliance of timeless classical music performed by world-class musicians, the Young Pianist Competition, as well as a daily chamber music series, evening concert series and the vibrant world of Alfred art. The MostArts Orchestra features an international orchestra with musicians from nearly 20 countries and directed by Maestro Yuval Zaliouk and Steven Thomas.
FESTIVAL HIGHLIGHTS
The Young Pianist Competition is the center piece of the week-long MostArts Festival. Open to high school students in the United States, ages 13 to 18, all finalists in the Young Pianist Competition are guests of the festival and will perform a recital as well as solo with the MostArts Festival Orchestra. The application deadline is May 1, 2023 and all finalists will be notified by late May. The Grand Prize Winner will be invited back to for a solo performance during the 2024 MostArts Festival. The Grand Prize Winner is also eligible to become a Young Steinway Artist.
