ABOUT THIS COMPETITION
Cedille Records, acclaimed nonprofit Chicago-based classical music label, announces its second Emerging Artists Competition. The competition will be open to vocalists, individual musicians, and ensembles of up to six people who reside in or hail from the Chicago metro area. The winner will record and release an album on Cedille Records.

ELIGIBILITY
Individual performers and groups (sextet and smaller) who have not appeared on previous commercially released albums as the featured performer; featured performers and 50% of ensembles must be from or residing in the Chicago metro area. The age limit is 35 as of February 15, 2024.
