ABOUT THIS COMPETITION
Filharmonia Hungary is happy to announce the Franz Liszt International Piano Competition, which will take place in September 2021 in Budapest, Hungary. The genius of Liszt imbues and inspires the Franz Liszt International Piano Competition, making it one of the most prestigious Hungarian and international events.

ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open to pianists of all nationalities born after 1 January, 1989. Applications can only be submitted using the online application form. Along with a completed application form, applicants need to submit a composition of 20 to 25 minutes chosen and played by the applicant on a HD-quality (minimum resolution 720px) video recording that may not be edited and should be recorded without stops.

FINALS (live rounds)
Final will take place September 18, 2021 at Liszt Academy, Budapest, Hungary. Competitors will perform the repertoire of the final with the contribution of the Hungarian National Philharmonic Orchestra. |
