ABOUT THIS COMPETITION
Founded in 1973, the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition encourages young people to pursue chamber music study and performance. Each year forty-nine ensembles of 3-6 players are invited to participate in the Junior Division, Senior String Division and Senior Wind Divisions.

SEMIFINALS (live rounds)
Ensembles selected to advance will compete May 11-13, 2018 at the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, IN.
FINALS (live rounds)
Finals will be held Sunday, May 13, at the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, IN.
Three ensembles from the Junior Division, Senior Wind Division and Senior String Division will compete in the Final Rounds.
The three gold medalist from each division will perform in a Grand Prize Concert immediately following the awards ceremony.
