PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Fellows perform in two to four orchestra concerts, two to three chamber midday concerts, chamber performances in two to four outreach events (depending on the year). Four to five fellows are chosen by audition to perform concerto readings with the orchestra. Faculty perform in five artist concerts; some fellows are asked to perform with the faculty artists.
WHAT DISTINGUISHES THIS PROGRAM
CC Summer Music Festival, now in its 42nd year, is a three-week intensive training festival for pre-professional musicians. All accepted applicants attend on full fellowship (free tuition, room and board). Orchestra, chamber groups, private lessons and mentoring, community outreach, small faculty to fellow ratio for a very personal experience.

Accepted fellows must commit to the entire festival - late arrivals/early departures are not possible. Arrival as early as June 5, departure June 27.
COST $75 application fee; $200 registration deposit and travel to and from festival
Cost details
$75 application fee. Accepted fellows pay a $200 registration fee ($25 of which is refundable upon key/score return). Tuition, room and board (lunch/dinner) are part of scholarship for all accepted fellows. Fellows are responsible for their own travel to and from festival. A $200 stipend available (with receipt) for bass and cello fellows who purchase an airline ticket to attend.
