Starling-DeLay Symposium on Violin Studies

WHAT DISTINGUISHES THIS PROGRAM
This biennial symposium is dedicated to fostering the legacy of the late renowned teacher Dorothy DeLay and features a distinguished roster of artist-faculty performing recitals, leading master classes, and teaching workshops designed to refine pedagogical skills with a mind-body connection that takes background, social, and mental factors into account.

COST Participants: $575; student artists: free
Cost details
Participant cost is $575. Participants observe all master classes, attend recitals, and take part in workshops. Preference is given to professional violinists, teachers, and postgraduate and college students. Additionally, a limited number of violinists are accepted as student artists to perform in public master classes for artist-faculty, and attend for free.
