Next to private and ensemble lessons, workshops, lectures and concerts are offered during the course. There is also time to play with fellow students from all over the world.
Participants get online access where they can exchange repertoire suggestions and form ensembles before the course begins.
WHAT DISTINGUISHES THIS PROGRAM
The Amsterdam Early Music Summer School is a course in the historically informed performance practice of Baroque and Classical music. The course includes private lessons as well as ensemble lessons with expert teachers from the Early Music Faculty at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.
