Light Opera of New Jersey - Light Night 2021 Gala

The Light Opera of New Jersey returns to the stage in grand fashion after a year of silence in Light Night 2021.  This special gala concert will take place at 6:00 PM on Friday, October 29nd at Fellowship Cultural Arts Center in Basking Ridge, NJ and will be a celebration of our acclaimed past and a glimpse of our exciting season to come!

This evening will feature the following distinguished soloists; Chelsea Freidlander, Soprano (Nashville Opera, Ohio Light Opera), Jacqueline Quirk, Soprano (Broadway’s A Chorus Line, Washington National Opera), Laura Virella (LA Opera), Ronald Naldi, Tenor (Metropolitan Opera), Suchan Kim, Baritone (New York City Opera and Sarasota Opera).  The vocal soloists will be accompanied by Karen Delavan (Julliard School) with LONJ Executive Director, Jason Tramm, serving as the Master of Ceremonies.  According to Maestro Tramm, “Light Night 2021 will be a night to remember!  We are delighted to feature these outstanding artists and will be announcing our ambitious season productions.  Be sure to bring a friend as the future is bright for the Light Opera of New Jersey!”

This evening of fine music and merriment will benefit our ambitious season of fully staged productions and concerts and funds raised will allow us to expand our efforts to educate tomorrow’s performers through inspiring new programs for students and pre-professionals. There will be substantial hors d’oeuvres, beverages, and desserts, as well as a limited silent auction and a wine pull.
