Spots open for Virtual Woodwind Academy!!

The Virtual Woodwind Academy offers innovative online training for high school and middle school musicians who play flute, saxophone and clarinet.

The Academy includes private study, masterclasses, chamber music and music theory in both the classical and jazz genres. Students will develop their skills through chamber music collaboration, performance, and discussion, and have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of other woodwind musicians from across the nation! The academy will also offer guest artist workshops on a variety of different topics, and feature recitals from renowned woodwind artists Amanda Dame (flute) and Ana Nelson (saxophone/clarinet). 

Age: middle schoolers and high schoolers (11-18)

Audition Prep is a 3-day audition “boot camp” for high school aged participants to help master your auditions!! We offer all the resources you need for auditioning for a university music program, All-State, a summer music program, or competition, and we will also teach managing stage fright! Included is private lessons with camp faculty, masterclasses and topic classes aimed at auditioning in classical and jazz settings, a chance to mock audition for your peers, and performances by Ana, Amanda, and special guest artists!
