With a wide and diverse range of events from live music, to visual arts, to a children’s event, this year’s Festival will bring together a wonderfully diverse crowd to perform, collaborate, and listen.

Lead Sponsor Announced
The Festival is pleased to announce Kennebunk Savings Bank as Lead Festival Sponsor for 2015. Kennebunk Savings invests in community development programs with a long term and lasting impact. Their Community Promise provides financial support to programs such as the PARMA Music Festival that preserve community arts and enhance cultural opportunities, which is a large part of the corporate culture at Kennebunk Savings. Their employees give back to the community by sharing their time and talents, working side-by-side with the people and organizations that make the Seacoast community such a great place to live.

Each year, as part of its Community Promise, Kennebunk Savings contributes 10% of its earnings back to the nonprofit communities. In 2014, they distributed over $770,000 to local nonprofits, and staff members donated over 8,500 volunteer hours to nonprofit organizations.

Kennebunk Savings, with over $940 million in assets, is an independent community bank and full-service financial institution that employs more than 285 people. With seventeen branches throughout York County, Maine and Seacoast New Hampshire, the Bank’s recently expanded branch network includes its newest office at 140 Main St. in Newmarket, NH. Jim cares deeply about preserving and promoting the arts in our community. He lives in Portsmouth with his wife and 8 year old son.

New Act Announced
The Festival is pleased to announce the addition of Asheville, NC–based indie-pop group stephaniesid to the performance lineup. Defining themselves as “pop-noir” and described by Billboard as “difficult to classify but easy to love,” stephaniesid is known for their organic and genuine style of expression and is noted by NPR's All Things Considered for their “mesmerizing mix of songs that can be hushed and calm one moment, and then suddenly dark and explosive the next.” The group has released four albums, three of which are on Austin, TX–based label Nine Mile Records. Their 2009 album Warm People is described as “complex ... there are layers upon layers of instrumental variety, overlaying vocals, and well thought-out lyrics” (Redefine Magazine). Their fifth full length studio album Excavator is set to release May 2015.

stephaniesid’s live performances range from deftly focused, emotionally-charged journeys to infectious dance tunes. After performing at Bonnaroo, they were praised for “a rather transcendent set.... The band was different, melodic, quirky, and just plain good.... A sleeper act which hit the mark with an almost Bjork-like panache” (Bonnaroo Beacon). They will perform at the PARMA Music Festival concert on Friday, August 14 at 3S Artspace in Portsmouth, NH. For more information about stephaniesid, visit sid.stephaniesid.com
