InterContinental Music Awards’ Online Ceremonies Win Best Craft – Use of Livestream at the 46th Annual Telly Awards
Recognized for Innovative Livestreaming That Connects Artists Across Continents
Los Angeles, CA – May 2025 – The InterContinental Music Awards (ICMA) proudly announce that their Online Award Ceremonies have been honored with a Telly Award for Craft – Use of Livestream in the record-breaking 46th Annual Telly Awards. The Telly Awards honor excellence in video and television across all screens and are judged by leaders from top video platforms, television, streaming networks, and production companies.
Joining an elite roster of winners—including Pixar Animation Studios, NASA, ESPN, Hearst Media, LinkedIn, Telemundo, the LA Clippers, and MTV Entertainment Studios—ICMA stood out for its heartfelt, community-driven livestream approach that connects musicians across borders.
Unlike traditional award shows, the ICMA online ceremonies provide a uniquely personal and inclusive experience, spotlighting independent musicians from around the world. From dorm rooms and tour vans to family living rooms, artists join live from their everyday environments—offering viewers an authentic window into their lives and creative journeys.
“Our mission has always been to create an inclusive global stage where artists from every culture, genre, and background can be seen and celebrated,” said Shahed Mohseni, Founder and CEO of ICMA. “To receive a Telly Award for our livestream production affirms the transformative power of music to unite people beyond borders.”
The Telly Awards Judging Council—featuring leaders from Roku, Patreon, MediaPro, Pluto TV, BBDO, The Martin Agency, Open Television, and others—selected winners from over 13,000 entries submitted globally.
We proudly share this award with our global community—our participants, supporters, and the incredible creative team that brought this vision to life:
