Debussy Trio Launches Its 35th Anniversary Season on October 1, 2024

The Debussy Trio celebrates its 35th anniversary with harpist Marcia Dickstein, flutist Angela
Wiegand, and violist David Walther. Throughout its career, the Trio has performed concerts in
41 States, Canada and Europe and at such venues as the Kennedy Center and the Walt Disney
Concert Hall. The Trio has produced and performed on over 20 recordings.

With the support of its non-profit foundation, the Trio has commissioned over 130 compositions,
sponsored 10 international composition competitions, participated in Artists-in-Residencies at
numerous major universities and performed its Musical Adventures program for over half a
million school children. Additionally, the Trio has been awarded grants from such organizations
as the National Endowment for the Arts, Aaron Copland Fund for Music, CA Arts Council as
well as numerous private foundations.
