Cello Virtual Auditions for Pro Musicis Award

Applicants advanced to the virtual finals will submit MP4 video files and interview via Zoom with jury on March 21, 2022. Gilbert Kalish chairs blue ribbon jury: Carter Brey, Tim Eddy, Joel Krosnick, Marcy Rosen, Carmit Zori. Paul Wiancko is composing a new work for “solo cello” required of finalists. Winner presented in Carnegie Hall’s Weill Hall, $4,000 grant for Social Outreach, plus recording and career development services.
