On Saturday January 30th, Heresy Records' recording artist, Caitríona O'Leary, will offer the 35th installment of Unaccompanied: ongoing micro-concerts live-streamed from Dublin on Facebook. This highly welcomed series was inspired by O'Leary's own participation in Ireland Performs, established May 2020 in response to the Covid-19 pandemic by Culture Ireland and Facebook Ireland.

For Unaccompanied O'Leary sings a wide range of songs acapella. Among rarely heard works, the repertoire includes medieval songs, sean nòs, folk and traditional songs from Ireland, England, Scotland and North America. During the broadcast from her home in Dublin, she speaks about the history, provenance and texts of the songs, often performing variations of the same song which may be found in different countries and on different continents. Adding to the visual enhancement of Unaccompanied, O'Leary sings in originally designed and crafted costumes.
