Adelphi Orchestra Young Artist Competition
Applications are now open for the 15th Annual Adelphi Orchestra Young Artist Competition. The finalists perform in a recital on April 27, 2019 in Marc Scorca Recital Hall at the National Opera Center in New York City.
The competition is open to strings and winds of any nationality up to age 23. The first place winner performs with the Adelphi Orchestra during the 2019-20 Season. Additional prizes will be awarded in each category on April 27th. Deadline for Video Round is February 1, 2019.
Previous first prize winners have included: Randall Goosby, Bryan Cheng, Xiaoxuan Shi, Nathan Meltzer, Dylan Wu, Anton Rist, Philo Lee. Applications to be received by February 1, 2019.
