RUSSIAN NEW YEAR'S CONCERTS: Sergei Rachmaninoff's All-Night Vigil (Vespers)
The Clarion Choir, led by Steven Fox, continues its tradition of performing Russian choral music on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. This year, they will perform Rachmaninoff’s beloved All-Night Vigil (Vespers). The performance will also include several ancient Slavonic chants upon which the piece is based, interspersed between Rachmaninoff's settings.
