Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival Announces 26th Season, Featuring Audra McDonald, Joshua Bell, and the Dover Quartet

[Fernandina Beach, FL – September 14, 2026] — The Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival (“Festival”) today announced its 26th season, running December 2026 through June 2027, with a lineup that brings six-time Tony Award winner Audra McDonald, GRAMMY-winning violinist Joshua Bell, and the internationally acclaimed Dover Quartet to Nassau County stages, alongside bluegrass powerhouse Balsam Range and returning favorites in classical, jazz, and genre-crossing programming.

Now entering its second quarter-century, the Festival continues its founding approach: presenting world-class musicians not in concert halls, but in Amelia Island's churches, chapels, breweries, and historic sites, where audiences experience performances at close range.

"We are so thrilled to be bringing some of the best talent in the world to Amelia Island for our audiences, but I feel, more importantly, we are expanding access to great music for our community with our free community programming. There's something else that makes the Festival special: our intimate venues, where audiences of 350 or fewer are close enough to truly feel connected to the music and the artists. Time after time, our artists tell us how much they love Amelia Island and our audiences, and how much they want to return. Something special happens at Festival concerts: there’s an energy in the room that moves us all," said Robyn Lamp, Executive Director of the Amelia Island Chamber Music Festival.
