Philly Pops Neighborhood Concerts in Collaboration with Artcinia Second Season Completed!

Philadelphia, PA,  June 10, 2026….The Philly Pops has partnered with Artcinia, for another successful season to bring a range of ensembles - Big Bands, Little Band, Big Brass, Jazz Combos to neighborhood venues around Philadelphia. Since its founding in 2021, Artcinia has brought music ranging from classical string quartets and swing bands to Brazilian jazz and spiritual song recitals into eighteen neighborhood venues. These concerts are designed to create meaningful connections between local professional artists and audiences in welcoming local spaces, bringing world-class music directly into Philadelphia neighborhoods. Together, the organizations are removing barriers and fostering deeper community connections through music.

The 2026 Spring Philly Pops Neighborhood concert in partnership with Artcinia are made possible by a grant to the Philly Pops by the William Penn Foundation. The Philly Pops kicked off the neighborhood concert series on March 15, 2026, with Philly Pops Big Brass at Resurrection of Our Lord in Northeast Philly followed by the Philly Pops Big Band at the Germantown Jazz Festival on April 26th.  May concerts included a Jazz Combo performing The Sound of Coltrane: 100 Years at Settlement Music School in Wynnefield and a street party outside the Church of St. Luke and the Epiphany in Center City.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to expanding access to live music through affordable performances, bringing the music directly to communities throughout Philadelphia. Ticket prices are $10 for individuals and $15 for families and $5 for Seniors and Students.
