April 19, 2017
"The Exterminating Angel," the opera, based on the well-known Luis Buñuel film, will have its London premiere at The Royal Opera House in Covent Garden on April 24, 2017. Ken Sherman, the representative of the Buñuel estate, will be in attendance for the premiere.

"The Exterminating Angel," by the British composer Thomas Adès, debuted to rave reviews at the Salzburg Festival in Salzburg, Austria in July of 2016.

The Los Angeles-based firm Ken Sherman & Associates represents film, television and book writers as well as film and television rights to books. The firm is the representative of the Luis Buñuel estate. Another stage production he was associated with was "The Witches of Eastwick" The Musical, representing John Updike's well-known novel on which the musical is based, and which was produced by Cameron Mackintosh. Other upcoming projects include a feature film adaptation of the Oprah Book Club recipient "Back Roads" by Tawni O'Dell, and the development of a television series based on mystery writer Anne Perry's "Monk" series of books.
