\"Noted_Endeavors_Logo\"<\/a>eighthblackbird\u2019s 2014-2015 season kicked off in Chicago and New York with a new staged, memorized production of composer Amy Beth Kirsten\u2019s \u201cColombine\u2019s Paradise Theatre.” It’s a tour de force that challenges the sextet to play, speak, sing, whisper, growl and mime, breathing life into this tale of dream and delusion. Endlessly creative and\u00a0energetic, the group continues its busy schedule of performances, residencies,\u00a0and recordings.\u00a0The ensemble has won three Grammy Awards, for the recordings strange imaginary animals<\/em>, Lonely Motel: Music from Slide<\/em> and Meanwhile<\/em>.\u00a0eighth blackbird\u2019s members hail from America\u2019s Great Lakes, Keystone, Golden and Bay states, and Australia\u2019s Sunshine State.
