Argentinean bandoneonist/composer Daniel Binelli will be in concert January 23 through 27 with the Neue Philharmonia of Westfalen, Germany, performing his Encounters - Double Concerto for Bandoneon, Cello and Orchestra, with cellist Alexander Hulshoff, conducted by Rasmus Baumann. Other works on the programs will be Astor Piazzolla’s Oblivion and Haydn’s Sinfonie No. 93.

New York-based Daniel Binelli is an internationally renowned master of the bandoneon, acclaimed as the foremost exponent and torchbearer of the music of Astor Piazzolla.
