His Rusalka at Semperoper in Dresden is even more extraordinary a show. I am also glad you liked your entire regie-trip. I thought it could be too much to take in too little time, but you had time to process it all in the weeks after the regie-trip. A potential problem --after having been exposed to the clever Regie productions-- is that some kind of phase transitions occurs in your brain and even the shows you used to like suddenly appear as poor in content, too one-dimensional, and boring...
