		<description>I spoke with Mr. Gilbert while he was in Houston about Roy Harris&#039;s Third Symphony. Obviously, he has innovative ideas and  great communication skills - not a good fit for Houston.
It&#039;s a pleasure to see his growth as a world-class conductor and to follow his blog - to see him as a human being. Unlike many music directors, he does not belong to a mutual admiration society consisting of himself and God</description>
