		<description>I&#039;m glad you have confidence in the newly named executive director. I hope many of your wishes for the future come to pass. I also hope you will do a blog on cell phones and how we each need to be responsible for leaving them at home or turning them off. I was at the 1-5-12 rehearsal and at the concert last night in the 3rd tier. You did the only possible thing--stop the orchestra. The thread had been broken by that stupid cell ring. I thought that you and the orchestra played a suburb concert--the re-done ending was spectacular. You are one of the few conductors who has made see that Mahler&#039;s music isn&#039;t just one drama after the other.</description>
